Shipping
Delivery is a flat rate of $7.95 for orders under $100, Australia wide.
For orders over $100, delivery is free of charge.
Please note that we normally process orders manually and we will adjust the shipping cost when your order is been processed. We are happy to send you an invoice via e-mail on your request to make sure that you are informed with the total cost of your order.
Please allow 3-5 business days for Australia Post Registered Post deliveries.
The delivery period indicated above is the average period requried to send your items to the delivery address, and does not take into account the order-processing time. Order-processing takes a maximum of 2 business days.
Express Post
For overnight deliveries Express Post is available. Australia Post guarantee next day delivery to most areas. The guarantee is not applicable in remote areas. Free of charge delivery over $200 orders is not applicable for express post. We will notify you the delivery charge before your order is processed.
International Shipping
Shipping to an oversea destination (other than Australia) is based on the size of the goods. Upon receiving your order; Rainbow Puppen will send you an email notifying the cost of shipping and the order will not be processed until a confirmation from you.

Return / Exchange
Return
Item(s) that you do not wish to keep can only be returned within 7 working days from the day you receive them.
Returned products must be in their original packaging, complete (with tags), in perfect state, accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
Items from your order will only be refunded when our Customer Service Representative has checked that they are clean and have not been damaged in any way. Products returned incomplete, damaged or dirited by the customer will not be accepted.
Please be sure to pack your items carefully for shipment, as we are not responsible for any merchandise damaged or lost en route to our office.
All customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. As postage and delivery is a cost to us, we regret that they cannot be refunded.
Exchange
Any request for exchanges must be made and notify us via email:info@rainbowpuppen.com.au within 7 days of receiving your items.
Returned products must be in their original packaging, complete (with tags), in perfect state, accompanied by a copy of the invoice.

All customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. As postage and delivery is a cost to us, we regret that they cannot be refunded.
In the case of exchanging an item the customer will be responsible for the postage costs to ship the new item at a fee of $5.95 (alternately you may provide your own pre-paid or Express Post satchel). Please note that more delivery fee is required for international orders.
Please note that due to hygienic reason, all dummies, baby bottles and sippy cup are non- exchangable and non-refundable. |
