Order Taking
1 Your cart constitutes your order form.
2 If your choose to make an order, you will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Website. In the event of an error in the wording of the delivery details, the site shall not be held responsible for failure to deliver the item(s).
3 We will send to you an order acknowledgement email.
4 Freight is an additonal cost (Please refer to shipping & return/exchange policy)
5 Upon processing your order, Rainbow Puppen will send you a Tax Invoice in PDF file.
Non- acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
1 The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
2 Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
Payment
Payment in full is due when the order is placed, except when the goods are on backorder or on special order.
Payment may be made:
1 by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, bank card)
2 Cheque payable to Rainbow Puppen (German Waldorf Pty Ltd)
3 Bank Transfer

Product Availability
All products listed on our website are held in stock (except for the special order dolls). On rare occasions an error in our inventory may result in an out of stock item being listed as in-stock. When this occur, we will email you as soon as possible to notify you of the event.
Special Order Items
When placing a special order item, Rainbow Puppen will notify you via email the estimate time of arrival. Goods will not be charged until they are ready for dispatch.
Currently Out of Stock Item
If you see an item that you like but it is currently out of stock, simply email us the item of your interest and we will email back when the goods become available.
Cancelling Your Order
You may cancel any item from your order or your entire order, providing that the order has not been processed.
Description of Products
Pictures and texts: The photographs of the products are noncontractual. The descriptions and the colours of the products of our online catalogue are only given as an indication. In spite of our will to be as precise as possible and to respect the reality of the products, it can occur that an error of description appears on a product. In such case we always do our best to correct it as soon as possible.
We cannot be held responsible for the modification of the products, because those can be modified without notice by the manufacturer.
Rainbow Puppen reserve the right to make changes to the information in this Website, or to the services described therein withour notice. We shall have the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add or remove conditions of this agreement at any time without notice.
